This program represents the first large-scale emergency-response training held since the company installed Automated External Defibrillator (AED) devices in its headquarters in June. PART 1 — Theoretical Instruction: Understanding the “Golden Four Minutes”
During the theoretical section, the certified instructor introduced the fundamental concepts of emergency first aid with a focus on sudden cardiac arrest (SCA)—its common causes, early warning signs, and the vital importance of timely intervention.
The session highlighted the globally recognized concept of the “Golden Four Minutes”, during which immediate defibrillation and chest compressions can significantly increase survival rates. The instructor explained how AEDs function, when they should be used, and why rapid deployment is critical.
