Product Information

Material:

Paper: 60-70g/m2 medical paper be printed in black according to customer's request. And be printed with chemical discoloration instructions for steam and EO sterilization

Film: Transparent high-temperature PET/CPP composite film with a thickness of 0.052mm, some company use with 0.045mm.

Indicator ink:

Process indicators for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization are applied on the paper surface of the reel and help to differentiate between processed and unprocessed packages.

The non-toxic inks and meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 11140-1 standard and provide accurate and clear color change after sterilization process.

The printing area of the chemical sterilization indication mark is not be less than 100mm2, and it is not be decolorized or stained after sterilization.

Acrylic Adhesive:

Tear off the surface release paper to expose the adhesive part, which can be bonded firmly. Under the condition of steam sterilization, the sealing part will not delaminate, which can effectively prevent the enter of bacteria. The width of the tape is 17mm, and the length changes with the width of the paper bag.

Feature:

Adopting environment friendly printing ink, with steam, EO chemical indicator. Wide range of standard sizes allows optimum choice of a correct-sized pack for each item and for double packing purposes and as a requirement of EN ISO 11607 all equipments.

Application:

Widely used in products package for hospital, laboratory, dental clinic, beauty supply, tattoo and piercing supply, etc.
